Job description

This contract opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build expertise in SaaS implementation, project management, and customer success within a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

This role is a contract position with an expected duration of five months.

What you will do:
  • Customer Follow-Ups & Task Management:
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure they complete their required actions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Track customer dependencies and document status updates in the project management system.
  • Escalate unresponsive customers to senior Implementation Managers when necessary.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:
  • Schedule meetings between customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Coordinate availability for technical resources and ensure all required stakeholders are present.
  • Send meeting reminders and follow-up emails with action items.
  • Documentation & Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, Jira, etc.).
  • Document customer progress, challenges, and blockers in shared project workspaces and communicate to stakeholders appropriately.
  • Assist in preparing customer-facing documentation, status updates, summary reports and executive presentations.
  • Internal Team Support:
  • Assist Implementation Managers by handling routine project management tasks, freeing them up for high-value customer engagements.
  • Support tracking of project milestones and internal reporting.
  • Help identify common delays or roadblocks and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
  • Process Execution & Light Technical Coordination:
  • Ensure standard implementation workflows are being followed and properly documented.
  • Work with technical teams to confirm deployment readiness and ensure all prerequisites are met.
  • Assist in tracking software installations, configurations, and dependencies (no direct hands-on technical work required).

  • What you bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, project coordination, professional services, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Salesforce, Google products, Microsoft products, Calendly, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software implementation projects or enterprise SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while escalating critical issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive in keeping projects on track.
  • Comfortable following up with customers persistently but professionally.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Looking to gain experience in professional services, software implementation, or project management.
  • Compensation - The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $6000 per month. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
