Job description

This is a remote position.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Part-Time Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade web content management solutions for our clients and the industry. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. A proactive problem-solver with a passion for enhancing user experiences through innovative solutions is desired.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting directly to our Resource Manager, you will work remotely and lead the development and enhancement of the digital platform. You will focus on solving key challenges such as redesigning website navigation, addressing critical vulnerabilities (e.g., Log4j), and implementing advanced features to improve functionality and performance. Your role will be pivotal in delivering a scalable and secure AEM solution that aligns with business objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • 3+ years of experience as an Adobe AEM Architect or similar role.
  • Expertise in AEM 6.x development and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and Sightly/HTL.
  • Hands-on experience with integrating AEM with third-party tools and APIs.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and addressing vulnerabilities like Log4j.
  • Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Design and implement AEM architecture to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Redesign website navigation to improve usability and accessibility.
  • Identify, resolve, and mitigate critical security vulnerabilities, including Log4j.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and enhancements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and tools.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the AEM platform.
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for AEM implementation.
