We are seeking a driven and personable Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR at
Rosor Exploration, you will spearhead our outreach efforts, focusing on building strong partnerships and
delivering customized solutions to clients in the mining and energy sectors. This role requires frequent in-person
meetings with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders—someone who is comfortable hitting the road,
shaking hands, and showcasing our innovative offerings. Prior industry connections and a solid understanding of
geospatial and geophysical solutions are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking
events, and outbound communication.
Relationship Building: Conduct in-person meetings with new and existing clients to foster long-term
relationships, present solutions, and close deals.
Industry Expertise: Stay current on mining and energy trends, the competitive landscape, and advancements
in geospatial and geophysical surveying to position Rosor Exploration as a thought leader in the market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align on goals, refine lead
generation strategies, and deliver tailored client solutions.
Reporting & Analysis: Track lead progress, maintain CRM accuracy, and report key metrics to leadership,
providing insights for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, geology, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within mining, energy, or
related technical industries.
Demonstrated success in in-person sales and relationship-building; willingness to travel as needed.
Established industry connections and networks in mining, energy, or exploration is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
