Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor


Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B SaaS safety products and services

  • Refine audience targeting to improve ad performance and reach

  • Conduct AB testing to optimize ad messaging and delivery

  • Monitor and maintain low cost per click while maximizing ad effectiveness

  • Implement and manage pixel and event tracking for accurate campaign measurement

  • Perform conversion rate optimization to improve overall campaign performance

  • Collaborate with the creative and visual teams to ensure cohesive ad strategies

  • Provide insights and recommendations for budget allocation and targeting strategies

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising

  • Optimize Shopify e-commerce platform for better conversion rates (desirable)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Expert knowledge of meta ads and LinkedIn advertising platforms

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation

  • Experience with AB testing and data-driven decision making

  • Familiarity with pixel implementation and event tracking

  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques

  • Ability to work quickly and adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform (desirable)

Scope:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on meta and LinkedIn platforms

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve ad performance and ROI

  • Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on performance metrics

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing goals

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s digital marketing strategies

  • Enhance the effectiveness of direct sales and lead generation campaigns

  • Optimize the Shopify e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion rates

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM UK time with 1 hour unpaid break
