Schedule:Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish
Qualify leads and provide accurate quotes using various pricing tools
Process leads through the specialized auto transport CRM system
Conduct follow-ups on quotes and nurture customer relationships
Navigate complex pricing scenarios based on vehicle type, location, and destination
Explain shipping processes, regulations, and requirements to customers
Utilize VoIP system (Nextiva) for call management and tracking
Scope:
Handle high volume of inquiries, especially after weekends
Manage entire sales process from initial inquiry to successful booking
Achieve proficiency in company’s specialized auto transport CRM within 3 months
Contribute to the company’s growth in the Latin American market
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and VoIP technology
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of international shipping processes (auto shipping experience a plus)
Comfortable with remote work environment
