Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging potential clients, and driving sales opportunities through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, following a structured outreach strategy.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, uncovering needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Handle objections professionally, using critical thinking to overcome hesitations and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Leverage CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to track interactions and optimize outreach.
Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets, consistently maintaining high performance.
Schedule follow-up meetings and demos, coordinating with sales leadership and internal teams.
Continuously refine sales techniques, actively participating in training and coaching sessions.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proven ability to persuade and influence prospects while maintaining a professional tone.
Resilient and adaptable, comfortable with handling objections and rejection.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software, dialers (e.g., 59Dialer), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Self-motivated and competitive, with a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work US business hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves
Previous experience in SaaS, financial services, or B2B sales.
Understanding of sales funnels and consultative sales approaches.
Familiarity with sales automation tools and AI-driven prospecting platforms.
Track record of consistently exceeding quotas and performance metrics.
