Job description

This is a remote position.

SUMMARY
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing dynamic marketing campaigns and content initiatives that drive brand visibility and engagement. This position is ideal for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing diverse projects. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to deliver impactful content and coordinate key marketing activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
  • Write content, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, blog posts, and other digital marketing assets, ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
  • Curate, manage, and optimize engaging content for social media platforms by monitoring trends, conducting social listening, analyzing performance metrics, and refining strategies to maintain brand consistency and foster audience interaction.
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and content in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Respond to social media inquiries, engaging with followers to build relationships and strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and other team members to support the planning and execution of marketing related events and campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy, style, and grammar in all content pieces through thorough review and editing processes.
  • Occasionally work on-site for team gatherings, content shoots, and special projects.
  • Take on other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team to support overall marketing operations and organizational goals.


Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation and marketing coordination.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to various audiences.
  • Basic SEO knowledge is a plus to support content optimization efforts. 
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for marketing and content creation, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Residence in or near Metro Manila is preferred for occasional on-site work. Graphic design skills are a plus, but not required. (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
