Job description

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support the growing team by managing HR operations, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth internal processes. This role requires a people-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of the IT industry. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in HR within the fast-paced iGaming industry, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably with a focus on people operations.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, Fluent/Native level of Ukrainian.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, including market trends and company structures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team-player mindset, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships and handle HR matters with a personal, people-first approach.
  • A high level of responsibility, attentiveness, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally in HR and recruitment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support HR operations and assist the recruitment team.
  • Manage HR system tasks in PeopleForce, including employee registration, reports, and policies.
  • Provide assistance on HR-related matters across departments.
  • Maintain databases for employees, contractors, and candidates.
  • Handle onboarding processes, including document preparation and technical setup for new employees.
  • Track and update leave records, including authorized and unauthorized absences.
  • Assist with organizing internal events and team activities.
  • Support the recruitment team with hiring processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and research for junior and mid-level positions.
