As a member and client service advisor, sales, you help maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help manage, monitor and resolve distressed loans and bad debt. You negotiate with practitioners up to your discretionary limit in accordance with current practices. You carry out the necessary steps with the customers to recover the amounts due and minimize the losses. You represent Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with clients. You also have opportunities to establish and negotiate product and service terms in accordance with current standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
Limit costs and financial losses
Communicates with clients and suggests repayment methods in order to resolve the situation
Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations
Help identify your unit’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement.

What you bring to the table
General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Available to work from Monday to Friday on an evening schedule and on Saturday on a day schedule
