The FBO Account Associate will support the sales and account management team in identifying opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s aviation products and services through sales and account retention. This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals eager to develop business aviation and sales expertise while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in researching and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide support in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Participate in financial calculations to assess basic ROI and support margin evaluations under supervision.
• Learn and apply foundational financial modeling techniques to evaluate multiple inputs and product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and assist with data entry and analysis.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and sales campaigns by providing support and insight.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to communicate with customers effectively.
Job Requirements:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, willing to learn financial modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of business financial calculations and an interest in aviation sales.
Experience:
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or aviation-related roles.
• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Internship or finance, business, or aviation coursework is an advantage.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Aviation.
Specific Skills & Knowledge Required:
• Basic knowledge of financial calculations and ROI assessments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with productivity tools like Excel and PowerPoint with some knowledge and use of AI (Artificial Intelligence).
• Interest in developing expertise in financial modeling and aviation industry dynamics.
Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:
• Requires moderate travel by car or aircraft to pursue prospective customer opportunities and support existing
client relationships, and attend industry events or meetings as needed.
