  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate strategy, establish goals and objectives, and apply a test-and-learn approach to optimize performance.

  • Promote and “sell” the affiliate program to recruit and engage potential affiliate partners. Oversee the application and screening process to ensure a seamless onboarding for qualified partners.

  • Proactively manage the acquisition, retention and activation of affiliates and partnerships. Establish and maintain strong relationships through regular contact with partners.

  • Responsible for the affiliate program’s invoice reporting and reconciliation, and delivery against agreed acquisition volumes and ROI.

  • Ensure the affiliate payment process continues to operate effectively, while coordinating with the relevant internal finance and data teams to make this possible.

  • Assist with the setup, monitoring and optimization of all agreements, as well as analyzing ROI benchmarks. Communicate the progress of growth and efficiency KPIs weekly and monthly.

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across compliance and legal to ensure we are aligned with any regulatory or T&C developments.

  • Work with the creative teams to design and deliver creative assets to optimize all affiliate and acquisition marketing opportunities. Liaise with the brand team to ensure creatives and messaging meet brand guidelines and to ensure alignment with the broader campaign planning process.

  • Perform the affiliate back-offices responsibilities- system, campaigns, creative, commission structure and other set ups.
