Key Responsibilities

Transcribe depositions, hearings, and various judicial proceedings with precision.
Ensure adherence to style guides and maintain a high level of accuracy in all transcripts.
Process audio recordings while demonstrating keen attention to detail.
Collaborate with our in-office support team as needed, while working independently.

Required Skills

Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
Exceptional listening skills to accurately capture audio content.
Strong adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guidelines.
Outstanding literacy skills, including spelling, grammar, and comprehension.
Proficiency in typing with both speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
Ability to process sensitive audio/text content.
Must successfully pass a background check.

Qualifications

Significant experience in legal transcription or related fields is required.
Court reporting students are also welcome to apply.
This opportunity is currently not available to residents of Massachusetts or California.
