Key Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe audio recordings of depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
Follow specific style guides to ensure verbatim and compliant transcripts.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and uphold high-quality transcription standards.
Collaborate with our supportive in-office team as required.

Required Skills

Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
Strong listening skills with the ability to discern nuances in audio recordings.
Excellent proficiency in spelling, grammar, and overall literacy.
Capability to meet deadlines while adhering to client-specific style guidelines.
High typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive or challenging audio/text content.
Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
Court reporting students are welcome to apply.
