Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe audio recordings of depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while producing verbatim transcripts in accordance with client-specific style guides.
• Collaborate with our dedicated in-office team to receive guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of all transcription tasks to meet established deadlines.

• Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
• Strong listening skills and adherence to specific style guides.
• Exemplary literacy skills, including spelling, grammar, and comprehension.
• Proficient typing skills with a focus on both speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially offensive material with professionalism.
