We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Technical Product Manager to lead our specialized technical teams and drive product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and industry standards. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, product management skills, and leadership abilities. The TPM will work closely with engineering leaders, engineers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, create roadmaps, and ensure successful execution and delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
The TPM will play the Tech Platform Squad Leader role. He/she will be responsible for creating the Platform Road Map and prioritizing the most important top value-delivering initiative for the mission teams.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Business stakeholders to understand deeply what are the high level plans for the coming quarter translate this to a strategic technical roadmap to deliver the capabilities needed in an agile way.
- Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with product goals and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, providing regular updates on progress.
- Facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.driving targeted improvements and ensuring that platform development is aligned with strategic goals and user needs.
- Prepare and present strategic plans to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting product achievements and areas for improvement.
- Drive the alignment with the enabling and control functions(IT governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, fraud, and legal teams) when the strategic technical roadmap impacts their day to day processes.
- Collaborate with enabling and control functions across the enterprise, ensuring the strategic technical roadmap has adherence to organizational policies.
- Lead sprint refinements to ensure alignment and clarity across squad members.
- Validate product increments to be aligned with feature objectives.
- Perform vendor evaluations and make recommendations on technical investments
- Understand industry standards and regulations, including payment standards, banking regulations and privacy regulations, and be able to apply these standards and regulations to our platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and align OKRs for technical products, ensuring they are measurable, achievable, and directly linked to broader business goals. Continuously track progress against these OKRs and adjust strategies to drive impactful outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex digital products, particularly within the financial services sector. Deep understanding of the technical architecture and infrastructure required for launching and scaling enterprise or credit card platforms.
- Experience in prioritizing features and managing product backlogs in an agile environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other product management software
- Select and implement technologies that are scalable, sustainable, and future-proof to support long-term growth.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Additional Kudos If You…
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital products acting as Product Owner / Product Manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience in the banking industry, focus on credit card and banking products, including their design, launch, and lifecycle management is an important plus.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards related to credit card products, including PCI-DSS and AML/KYC regulations.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and data analytics.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the credit card space, with a focus on delivering a seamless and engaging user experience.
