Job Title: Remote Events Project Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,750 - 2,500 USD/month depending on experience via Wise

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Central with 1hr lunch

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of event technologies and activations.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs and project dynamics.
  • Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for event staff and equipment.
  • Oversee project management for internal R&D initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with company goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead experience planning sessions with clients to align on event objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct follow-up communications prior to and after events to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Process Development and Improvement:

  • Create and refine processes and procedures to streamline event operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical project managers, and event managers to drive innovation and ensure client goals are achieved while optimizing margins.

Team Collaboration and Support:

  • Partner with sales and technical teams to ensure all project phases are completed successfully.
  • Participate in training event managers on technical, experiential, and logistical aspects of events.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the event or experiential marketing industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to function positively and independently in high-paced environments.
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing travel logistics, including booking hotels, flights, and rideshare services for teams and equipment.
