Job Title: Remote Analytics Specialist (100% work from home)

Job Overview

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver ready to take on a dynamic role supporting a fast-paced, fully remote team? Our client is a small but growing company seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage all technical aspects of the business.


Key Responsibilities

Website and WordPress Management

  • Update content, manage hosting, databases, and frontend design (CSS).
  • Customize LMS design, functionality, and plugins.
  • Ensure WordPress themes and plugins are up to date.
  • Integrate tracking pixels and analytics tools.

Automation and Tools

  • Oversee and optimize Zapier workflows.
  • Administer the Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
  • Manage CRM workflows, including tagging, segmentation, and automated campaigns (currently using Keap by InfusionSoft).

Tech Portal Administration

  • Manage access to custom WordPress LMS (e.g., adding/removing users, access control, updating content).
  • Support spam monitoring and compliance issues for email communications.

IT Support and Security

  • Provide software and hardware troubleshooting to team members.
  • Monitor network and system security to safeguard data.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hosting, LMS, and CRM-related concerns.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate performance reports for websites, campaigns, and workflows.
  • Propose improvements based on analytics and team feedback.

Training and Collaboration

  • Offer technical training or guidance on tools and workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement solutions that enhance operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in IT support, WordPress, CRM systems, and automation tools.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, plugin customization, Zapier, Google Suite, and data security.
  • Mindset:
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a natural problem solver with strong communication skills.
