POWER Engineers' Government Services Business Unit is seeking a Senior Project Manager. The qualified candidate will serve as project manager on a combination of large project and mid-sized, multidiscipline engineering projects concurrently where a branch of the Department of Defense is the client. In particular, the project manager can be expected to engage consistently with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Navy Facilities Command (NAVFAC). Responsibilities include:

Project management of projects where the DOD is the ultimate client, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
Team management and participation projects managed by a joint venture (JV)
Management of project change orders and contract modifications
Project Proposal and budget development
Management of subcontractors, including effective leadership, team communication, and performance management
Adherence to corporate and client safety requirements, expectations, and procedures
The candidate will be responsible for business development, developing proposals, and making presentations as required to win new work
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 15 years of directly related project management experience
Demonstrated experience managing USACE or NAVFAC projects
Demonstrated fluency with UFCs, EM385-1-1 safety requirements, SpecsIntact, Projnet/DRChecks, and MII; and management of CUI materials
Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects consisting of multiple technical disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, electrical, geotechnical, etc.) and multiple subcontractors.
Demonstrated experience writing, developing, and producing technical reports of high quality and accuracy
Proven ability to estimate, scope, schedule, and budget projects and keep projects on track in all these areas post-award
Strong interpersonal, managerial, and team leadership skills
Licensed Engineer (PE) and PMP
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills and team player
