Job Description
What are the Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes critical partnerships with leadership and SMEs across all areas of the enterprise (Segment, Channel, Product, Finance, Analytics, IT, Service, etc.)
- Influences meaningful outcomes across the organization by identifying potential blind spots, documenting findings, and communicating business impacts and in order to achieve Sales, Channel, and Segment objectives.
- Develops and delivers executive level presentations, data analyses and recommendations
- Identify gaps in current processes and coordinate with business leaders to develop strategies for resolution and improvement.
- Research changing market conditions, competitive landscape, implications to consumers, employer groups and our business, and sales channel performance to drive well informed and holistic decisions.
- Maintains and applies a broad understanding of financial management principles to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible. Identifies cost effective approaches.
- Collaborates with the sales partners to transform field input from customers and brokers into impactful and actionable plans that drive continued improvement.
- Integrate performance management insights with the sales compensation plan design process through partnership and collaboration in support of driving strategic channel and segment priorities.
Must Haves: - 6+ years related work experience in sales incentive programs, including design and optimization.
- 3+ years direct supervisory/management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivery to wide range of audiences including senior level (C Suite) executives
- Proven success in creating innovative approaches to a diverse array of business problems and delivery recommendations
- Experience building successful collaborative business relationships and negotiating best outcomes for multiple customers
- Financial and business acumen, translating financial expenses, cost allocations, and budget projections
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing large data sets in Excel, etc, and modeling data for business and financial projections
- Hand on experience in managing rapid changes for the team in a dynamic healthcare industry
- Advanced Excel skills, and Power BI experience
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Nice To Have
- Sales compensation design and management experience
- Understanding of sales processes and experience in sales environment working with brokers and agents
- Experience in health insurance industry
- Demonstrated project management experience and certifications
- MS Access experience

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $97,900 - $122,400, within a full annualized range of $97,900 - $159,100
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
