Primary Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing key operational processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role focuses on administrative, logistical, and sourcing functions to optimize hiring efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), liaising between Emmes' Application Analyst and the Vendor's Account Manager to address system-related issues and implement potential requirements.
  • Maintain and update the ATS to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
  • Generate data and reports to support decision-making and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health).
  • Candidate Screening and Coordination:
  • Support the TA recruiters in conducting initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirement, as needed.
  • Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate and handle logistical aspects of the recruitment process, including technical tests, assessments, travel arrangements if required.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing efforts as needed, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data reporting tools and metrics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
