As a senior marketing development consultant within the Marketing Strategy organization, you’ll develop customer-focused marketing solutions to support acquisition efforts and drive engagement for specialized audiences. In this role, you’ll utilize insights, analytics and key messaging to craft compelling creative briefs for concept creation. You'll work with cross-functional teams to provide strategic marketing recommendations while providing clear communications and project management with all stakeholders, including execution of projects and yearly planning. In addition, you’ll monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 8 years related work experience in a marketing role
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher, and a minimum of 5 years related work experience in a marketing role

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in the development of acquisition marketing strategies, developing customer-focused campaigns tailored to specific audiences, key messaging and business needs
  • Experience writing compelling and effective creative briefs to inspire impactful creative Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing analytics and systems, ability to convert insights and data into clear and strategic marketing recommendations
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization of tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to drive alignment and strategic direction across cross-functional teams, including identifying proactive opportunities; provide clear and concise communications to outline recommendations that drive business growth

Compensation

  • 70,000 - $96,100/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
