The Role
We're seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to manage critical inbound communications and support operations. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive matters with precision.
What you’ll do:
Manage and prioritize CEO communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all incoming emails
Handle complex calendar management for the CEO, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Process and respond to Pro access requests from junior and trainee doctors, ensuring proper vetting and account setup
Monitor and engage with online presence through thoughtful responses to comments and reviews across platforms

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot and prevent potential issues
Outstanding written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
Strong prioritization abilities to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously
Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience with digital tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ideally you’ll have:
Previous experience in executive support or similar fast-paced customer service role
Track record of managing high-priority communications
Experience in community management or online engagement
