Position: AU Executive Assistant | Xero and NDIS/Healthcare Experience
Location: Clark, Pampanga

Your Role
AU Executive Assistant You Are Responsible For
Work closely with Directors
Email management (handling and responding to emails)
Support Finance team with Xero and Invoice Management
Creating Service Agreements
Chasing gap and ensuring all bills have receipts
Provide a high standard of confidential administrative support including managing diary appointments and preparing reporting documentation
Support Operational needs within the team and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Directors
Work with Organizational Support to maintain data and update as required, including report generation
What You Need:
At least 2 years or more experience as virtual assistant and executive support in NDIS industry or similar
Preferably someone with experience in client facing or working with directors
Has management level support experience, email and calendar management, social media management and administration experience
Experience in developing a management system and developing documentation
Experience in data Entry, data Validation and service agreements
Experience in phone calls, file/database management and data entry
Strong knowledge and experience in Xero accounting software
Experience in Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Receivables
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in using MS Office - Excel
High organization skills and ability to work under pressure
Time management skills, able to adhere to time constraint deadlines
Problem solving/analytics/strategic thinking skills
Willing to be trained and acquire new software/tools
