As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across various platforms, with a focus on Salesforce administration, basic Azure support, and general IT troubleshooting. Additionally, you will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) with project coordination, documentation, and other administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level professional looking to grow in both technology and project support domains.
