What You’ll Be Doing:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our cleaning services.
Listen to customer needs and recommend the best cleaning solutions.
Turn warm leads into confirmed bookings by highlighting our services’ value.
Stay up to date with our service offerings to confidently answer customer questions.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Keep customer information accurate and up to date in our CRM system.
Follow up on customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns with confidence and great communication.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of telesales or sales experience, ideally in the cleaning or service industry.
Experience in Residential, End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning, Janitorial Services, or Garden Services is a plus.
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule.
Must have your own laptop, a reliable internet connection, and backup systems for power outages.
Willingness to work weekends and during the festive season when needed.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle rejection like a pro.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
What’s In It For You:
Competitive base salary of R8,000 per month plus an attractive commission structure.
On Target Earnings of R25,000 per month (R8,000 basic + uncapped commission).
40 days of paid holiday every year.
Working Hours: Flexible shifts available, Monday – Friday.
Weekend Shift: One shift (09:30 - 18:00) once a month, with extra pay and time off.
Festive Coverage: Required, with additional compensation.
