About the Role


This HR Business partner role will serve as a key member of the HRBP team reporting to the CHRO, supporting our global Product, Engineering and global InfoSec organizations. This role will support the execution of talent priorities through key partner teams, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will partner with senior leaders across the organization to align talent initiatives with business goals, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent to fuel growth and innovation. This role sits right at the center of our Product strategy and the talent and culture transformation through our Platform journey.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver targeted talent solutions globally with a high degree of focus on scale and growth. Engage in strategic planning on people policies and processes, Talent management initiatives and change management, enable the culture of high performance and engagement with supporting the build of job architecture frameworks, talent calibration frameworks, rigor in performance and goals processes and talent development programs for high bar of talent
  • Partner with the leadership teams on the org design and talent strategies to enable our Product strategies and culture of innovation and pride
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization to promote the culture and engagement
  • Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions for people leader effectiveness
  • Ensure org health- data-driven talent strategies to ensure the right composition of teams in the Product and InfoSec orgs
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Talent acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent management, and HR Ops teams to design and implement solutions and help scale the business
  • Partner closely with other regional HR partners on global strategy and execution of talent initiatives
  • Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community and influence others within the organization
  • Build collaborative and productive working relationships within the HR teams and with the business teams
  • Lead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibility
  • Builds internal community (e.g. supports others, shows respect, acts as an ally, onboards new hires, connects people, collaborates well, drives inclusion)
  • Actively involved in interviewing and on-boarding new employees

What the Role Requires

  • 12-15+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role 
  • Tech/SaaS industry experience supporting global Product and Engineering orgs, Experience supporting orgs on the Platform/SaaS journey and transformation is a plus
  • Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills
  • Project management and change management experience
  • Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Experience helping global and/or matrixed technology organizations including India Development center HR leadership experience is a must
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
  • Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (MBS preferred)
