Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple calendars across professional, investment, and personal spheres

  • Handle email communications and prioritize incoming messages

  • Execute monthly routine tasks and maintain a 12-month family calendar

  • Prepare for meetings by gathering agendas and relevant information

  • Coordinate event planning for both business and family occasions

  • Manage file systems and document naming conventions

  • Take and organize book notes, helping to implement key ideas

  • Prioritize and schedule top weekly priorities

  • Assist with personal tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing photos

  • Select appropriate gifts for various occasions

  • Handle project-based tasks including form-filling and information gathering

  • Delegate tasks to team members and follow up on their progress

Scope:

  • Full-time position, working Monday through Friday

  • Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time with a hour unpaid break

  • Remote work with consistent availability during specified hours

  • Manage tasks across multiple business entities and personal life

  • Coordinate with team members and external contacts as needed

  • Potential for growth and increased responsibilities based on performance


Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with native-level proficiency preferred

  • High proficiency in time management and organizational tools

  • Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating needs before they arise

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with Mac devices and various productivity software

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information

  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders

  • Personality profile matching the Culture Index assessment criteria
