This is a remote position.


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM | Ontario, Canada (Eastern Standard Time)

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative Digital Engagement Coordinator to build and nurture our online
presence while fostering engagement with our patients and followers. Additional responsibilities
may include supporting IT administration to ensure smooth technical operations across the
clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with the clinic’s goals and values.
  • Manage, schedule, and post engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and questions to foster a positive online community and enhance patient engagement.
  • Monitor analytics and generate reports to measure social media performance and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to create content that educates, informs, and supports the patient experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our online presence fresh and innovative.
  • Assist with the review and improvement of IT-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support IT administration tasks, including troubleshooting basic technical issues and coordinating with external IT support when needed.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and online community engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic IT and information security principles (training will be provided as needed).
  • Experience working in healthcare, mental health, or a similar environment.
  • Understanding of privacy legislation, such as PHIPA, and its relevance to social media and IT practices.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills to enhance content creation.
