*** This position will be located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role, we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.***

Join our specialized CRM & NBA Reporting & Measurement team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and refining advanced reporting tools that drive actionable insights for our CRM strategies and Next Best Action initiatives. Your strong SQL skills will enable you to extract and analyze complex datasets, while your Python expertise will enhance automation and advanced analytics capabilities. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative, data-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Data Analysis & SQL Mastery (30%):
    Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and analyze CRM and NBA data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems.
  • Reporting Tools & Dashboard Development (25%):
    Design, build, and refine robust dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into CRM performance and NBA effectiveness.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Requirements Gathering (25%):
    Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business needs, define reporting requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement & Automation (15%):
    Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes by leveraging Python for data manipulation and automation, enhancing overall efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices (5%):
    Serve as a technical and analytical resource for team members by sharing best practices in SQL, data analysis, and report development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: HS diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a Business Analysis or Reporting Analysis role with a proven track record in data-driven decision-making.
  • Technical Skills:
    • SQL: Demonstrated expertise in crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries is required.
    • Python: Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is a strong plus.
    • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills:
    Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Base Pay Range: $66,400 - $119,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
