We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Object Coordinator with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in managing and overseeing data migration activities within SAP environments. This role will involve coordinating the migration of data across SAP modules, ensuring data integrity, quality, and seamless integration into new systems.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage data migration activities, ensuring the smooth transfer of data across SAP systems.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define and validate data migration requirements for SAP implementations or upgrades.
Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to SAP.
Develop and execute data migration strategies, including mapping, cleansing, and validation of data.
Ensure data integrity and consistency during migration processes, resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise.
Provide guidance and support to the team in managing data migration objects and ensuring best practices are followed.
Conduct data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and completeness before finalizing migrations.
Work remotely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in SAP data migration, with a focus on managing data migration objects and processes.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC) and data migration methodologies.
Experience with ETL tools and data mapping/cleansing techniques.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with multiple teams.
