Lifecycle Product Manager

North Hospitality- Remote US

What you'll be doing:

• Define vision and strategy and own the roadmap for a specific product or multiple products.
• Research and validate product initiatives.
• Lead product initiatives through discovery, design, delivery, and deduction.
• Define, document, and review product requirements with engineering and all stakeholders.
• Facilitate beta testing to recommend improvements to the product prior to launch.
• Communicate development status and go-to-market strategy to leadership and internal teams.
• Develop and write training content to ensure alignment of product knowledge internally and externally
• Define and analyze data driven metrics that inform success.
• Champion the restauranter and their customers to offer a stable, secure, and seamless POS experience.
• Collect and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and the organization.
• Research and understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Work with all available resources to delivery the best products and services

What we need from you:

• BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in hospitality technology, such as point-of-sale platforms (ideal), ordering platforms, or reservation platforms.
• Strong understanding of a client's lifecycle within a product
• Professional experience and knowledge of product integrations and APIs.
• You are a storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills to identify user challenges and needs.
• You can positively influence others and maintain effective business relationships.
• You are self-motivated with the ability to work through uncertainty.
• You have a proven track record of building products from inception to execution.
• You have a passion for Hospitality and Hospitality Technology.

Salary Range: $85,000- $130,000
