Job Description:

*This is a REMOTE role.*

Essential Job Functions:

  • Contribute to the Procurement and Supply Chain strategies, focusing on specific departmental targets

  • Be part of Supply Chain Management Category team, coordinating procurement processes for IT Labor services and IT Contractors

  • Lead bidding processes, RFQ’s, RFI’s, meant to ensure price competitiveness and risks coverage for the company

  • Own the relationship and manage the communication with a specific portfolio of vendors in a specific area (eg. country/ies, region/s, account/s etc)

  • Negotiate the contractual agreements with the vendors

  • Work closely with the business stakeholders in a specific area, understand their needs and support the procurement strategies for the margin growth

  • Liaise with different internal teams (eg. delivery, sales, legal, finance, accounts payable etc)

  • Participate in the analysis of supply chain processes, identifying potential areas for improvement.

  • Support the alignment of procurement activities with broader organizational goals.

  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting procurement and supply chain practices.

  • Contribute to the tracking of departmental KPIs and provide regular updates on progress and performance.

  • Run reports, do analysis, create presentations and support them in front of the leadership

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in procurement and supply chain

  • Proficient in English

  • Proficiencies in vendor management, cost control, and procurement strategies

  • Resilience 

  • A team-player, willing to be part of a welcoming team and grow together.

  • Flexible person, able to easily adapt to new challenges or change of priorities

  • Easy going person, able to easily accommodate in a multi-cultural and mostly remote work environment

  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus

  • Additional European foreign language is a plus

  • Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain a plus
