About the Role:
Act as a trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem. Oversee the design and implementation of cloud modernization with enterprise connectivity/EDI that scale across multiple systems within the organization. You will help ensure data integrity and optimal performance across platforms. Collaborates closely with shared support services (e.g., IT, Data Stewards, Compliance) to support compliance with McKesson’s leading practices.
What You’ll Do:
Define system architecture for cloud migration
Clearly articulate integration best practices, design patterns, best practices, and recommendations to customer IT teams and also business sponsors
Provide solution and integration development with cloud and on-premise software including requirements, functional specs and integration design
Lead the integration of business processes across disparate systems
Drive the integration workstream including definition, design, implementation and go live activities
Work on multiple customer projects concurrently
Review, monitor project teams adherence to coding standards & implementation framework
Document project best practices, learning and share with the consulting team
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics (or similar), or related field.
Business Experience / Training:
Communication skills with the ability to work with various business and IT areas
Ability to collaborate with different business and IT areas at different levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills.
Cloud engineering experience is required.
Critical Skills/Experience:
Expertise with technology standards - B2B, EAI, EDI, sFTP, AS2, ITXA, Axway, Ja
Experience with Azure, GCP cloud migrations
Experience with technology frameworks - TOGAF, ITIL, CMMI
Experience in creating Architectural flow diagrams
Data migration and common ETL tools (Informatica, Mulesoft) and Building applications, including understanding in multiple technology stacks and Salesforce.
Identify business requirements and requirements from the stakeholders on projects. Design configurable enterprise system based on requirements.
Choose system architecture and each individual component.
Preferred Experience:
Agile experience a plus but not required.
Support architectural review and code-review.
Analyze new business processes and perform business process re-engineering.
Knowledge of data modeling and clear understanding of data structures and relationships.
