Job Title: Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Compensation: $1,200 - $1,500 per month (salary based on assessment)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to manage the payment process for the global network of influencers participating in our client campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing the Trolley platform to onboard influencers, collect tax documentation, process accurate and timely payments, ensure financial compliance, and act as a key point of contact for payment-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard influencers onto the Trolley platform, collecting all necessary tax, payment, and contact information
Process payments to a global network of influencers with varying rates, deliverables, and payment requirements
Reconcile influencer payments with client campaign budgets and our agency fees
Maintain organized records and detailed reporting on all influencer payments
Identify and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
Provide support and guidance to the campaign management team on influencer payment processes
Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve the payment workflow
Field influencer inquiries regarding payment status or issues and provide timely updates
Ensure we receive payments from clients in a timely manner by proactively reaching out to clients to confirm receipt of payments

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, or finance operations
Proficient in Trolley, Tipalti, or other similar financial software, invoicing platforms, and payment processing tools
Strong attention to detail and organization to ensure accurate payments
Comfortable working with international contractors and navigating diverse tax requirements
Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external influencers
Background in marketing agencies or the influencer marketing industry is a plus
