  • Assist customers in tracking their deliveries, resolving problems with orders, and offering solutions when needed.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and ensure a positive experience by following up where necessary.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future improvements.
  • Stay updated on the app’s features and policies to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
