As a key part of our operations, the team is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining compliance with tax regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

• Input, audit, and process end-to-end payroll operations for multiple subsidiaries in the UK, catering to varying levels of complexity.
• Ensure payroll tasks are completed accurately and in full compliance with UK payroll regulations, PAYE rules, and HMRC requirements.
• Ensure accurate calculation, deduction, and timely submission of employee and employer pension contributions.
• Support payroll implementation of new acquisitions.
• Provide subsidiaries and stakeholders with regular updates and guidance on legislative changes.
• Work closely with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes and data across all entities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for addressing HMRC and pension queries and other payroll-related requests.
• Prepare annual P60 and P11D.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Prepare payroll data reports and contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support business goals.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement to enhance payroll workflows.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to deepen expertise in payroll processes and regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll processes, including PAYE, pensions, and HMRC compliance (minimum 2 years experience).
• Strong understanding of UK labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and accountability in managing payroll operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple platforms and tools, ensuring seamless integration and data management.
• Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
