Mira Search, a leading HR agency from Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our founder. We would like to meet a highly skilled in project management HR assistant for remote work.
Responsibilities:
● Be the “right-hand” to the Owner (several startups in the scope of operational work);
● Respond to verbal communication with clients;
● Draft and send electronic communication to clients;
● Manage Branding projects and copywriting/graphic design timeline;
● Study and report updates;
● Manage a worldwide team;
● Manage hr administrative tasks as assigned;
● 9 am-6 pm, Monday-Saturday (Dubai time zone).
Knowledge & Abilities:
● The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment;
● The ability to effectively suggest changes without disrupting workflows.
Requirements
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
● Proven experience as a Business Assistant or Project Manager;
● Time-management skills;
● Strong attention to detail;
● Proactively identify tasks that need to be performed and take action on those tasks;
● Ability and desire to be proactive and an effective communicator;
● Proficient understanding of Notion and Mac operating systems;
● Think like a Business Owner, not simply like an hourly worker.
