The Business/Project Analyst role is an entry level role primarily tasked with supporting our US-based Management & Strategy Consulting team in delivering impactful solutions for our clients.
This junior role’s key responsibilities include supporting our team of industry experts, consultants and leaders, through completion of assigned work streams, who provide data-driven insights, innovative solutions, and best-in-class advisory services.
The role will also support project activities related to consulting work for clients, sales efforts
centered on growing the practice, and internal process improvement projects identified by senior leaders.
As a nearshore team member, you will be expected to work in alignment with US time zones and collaborate virtually with stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
Conduct market research, data collection and benchmarking to provide insights on industry trends and best practices and analysis to support project recommendations.
Gather and analyze client and industry related data and information
Assist the consulting team in working with clients to understand how their business processes work today, identifying areas for improvement, and identify and execute on viable solutions for the future of the business
Assist on content development and creation for marketing and positioning as a thought leader within the industry by running point on content creation, and engaging internal resources at all levels of the organization to accomplish goals for content
Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and process workflows.
Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
Support consultants in stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and preparation of client materials.
Assist in business process reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Adapt to remote collaboration tools and communication methods to align with the US-based team.

What we need:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or Management Information Systems
0-3 years in a consulting, project management or business-related role
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Visio
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the consulting industry.
