We specialise in Executive Search, Recruitment and Selection of skilled, experienced and senior professionals for the engineering, construction, dredging, maritime, offshore and energy industry.

We are seeking a junior Virtual Assistant to manage our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and to handle job postings on our website. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager and Recruitment team to create engaging content and ensure our digital recruitment channels are up-to-date and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and publish social media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed.

Manage and update job postings on our website.

Assist with basic administrative tasks related to digital content and recruitment.

Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain a consistent online brand voice.

Track and report on the performance of social media and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.

Basic understanding of website content management (CMS) systems.

Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop for creating engaging visual content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferably based in the Philippines.

A passion for digital marketing and recruitment is a bonus.
