Your mission
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clientsâ success and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:Â
- Key Customer Focus: Engage with some of the worldâs leading companies across various industries.
- Relationship Management: Maintain close relationships with clients through regular calls, meetings, and participation in events.
- Success Assurance: Ensure technical, user, and business success for our clients through frequent touch points.
- Account Planning: Develop and maintain account plans in close collaboration with our account teams.
- Renewal Strategies: Devise effective renewal strategies and see them through with our Account Executives.
- Product Adoption: Keep clients informed about new products and features that will benefit them. Transparently share information on their use cases within our organization.
- Voice of the Customer: Work closely with the Product Team to address customer needs, ensuring maximum retention and growth rates.
- Project Management: Act as the project manager during the customer lifecycle, overseeing effective onboarding, implementation, testing/PoC, roll-out, and expansion phases.
