Job Title: Senior Social Media Paid Ads Specialist
Location: Remote (Preferably within a similar time zone to Australia)
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sydney time, with one hour unpaid break

About the Role:
Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? As a Senior Social Media Paid Ads Specialist, you will join an award-winning team, working remotely while playing a critical role in shaping the future of our clients’ businesses through social media advertising. You’ll benefit from direct training from the founder and an existing Senior Social Media Specialist, developing your skills while leading the social media ad strategy and execution for our clients.
You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams, providing campaign performance insights and driving continuous improvements. With an Account Manager handling most client communications, your focus will be on delivering impactful advertising strategies.
• Build effective end-to-end Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Work with media spend budgets small (minimum $1,500 AUD) and large (up to $50k+)
• Develop client social media ad strategies, including targeting, messaging, campaign structure, creative asset requirements etc.
• Provide strategic, error-free, direct-response copywriting for visual assets, headlines and body text on occasion, however, our copywriter can proof your copy and will also be doing the majority of it for you.
• Recommend and execute creative solutions for optimising campaign KPIs, including CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS etc
• Create and clearly communicate monthly performance reports to the Account Manager, including what is and is not working, campaign changes and recommendations.
• Ensuring tasks are delivered at the highest possible standard and on time by our team
• Regular communication with clients to manage and nurture long-term client relationships
• Manage and troubleshoot eCommerce client product catalogues and shops
• Ensure Pixels are implemented correctly and on occasion, implement pixels yourself
• Log into client CRMs to analyse and report on lead quality, conversion rates etc, from social media ads
• Log into client eCommerce websites, such as Shopify, to analyse and report on sales by social media ads
• Analyse the performance of social media ads via Google Analytics, including traffic quality and conversions
• Manage your day-to-day responsibilities with our team via Slack and Asana
About You:
You’re passionate about digital marketing and particularly results-driven paid social media advertising. You are VERY revenue-driven with marketing - focussing on leads, pipeline, deals won, sales made. You're able to operate at an advanced level with Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads due to your previous experience creating high-performing campaigns.
You have at least 3 years of experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns for clients, covering both eCommerce and lead gen, ideally within an agency.
You have an in-depth understanding about mastering a skill set in paid social media advertising, especially topics such as eCommerce, sales funnels, and lead generation.
You’re numbers and data-obsessed, constantly analysing the story that the numbers tell to improve campaign performance.
You enjoy collaborating as part of a high-performing team and strive to achieve the best for our clients.
Lastly but most importantly, you have a true passion for marketing and a desire to develop your skillset further to become a leading social media advertising specialist.
You should have:
At least 3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, ideally within an agency setting.
Expertise in creating and managing paid ad strategies for eCommerce, sales funnels, and lead generation.
A passion for social media marketing and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
