Job Purpose

We are looking for a Product Manager to take complete ownership of a new SaaS product, guiding it from inception to market launch. You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a mini-CEO mindset, capable of making high-impact decisions and taking full ownership of bringing a product to market.
You will lead early-stage planning, conduct market and competitor analysis, and oversee all aspects of developing a MVP. You will develop financial models, establish pricing strategies, and craft a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. As a key driver of company strategy, you will work closely with the senior management team, take calculated risks, and make a meaningful impact.


Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end MVP development and take lead on product design to develop financial models, and refine pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and the CEO to define and develop the product.
  • Analyze and optimize key user lifecycle metrics (activation, retention, and resurrection phases) to improve lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.
  • Run sprints, prioritize stories, and translate requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.
  • Obsess over the user experience, ensure the product delights customers, and drive revenue.
  • Apply high emotional intelligence in internal and external interactions to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience defining, shipping, and iterating SaaS products.
  • Proven experience conducting growth experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, funnel analysis with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience in comprehensive product analytics covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion.
  • Experience designing and optimizing pricing plans (freemium, free trial, etc).
  • Startup experience or experience working with outsourced engineering agents (nice to have).
