Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable professional to join our Litigation team as a Client Liaison. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact between our attorneys and valued clients, facilitating clear and timely communication. You will play a pivotal role in keeping all parties informed of updates and changes in the legal process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients in legal matters, providing friendly and proactive assistance.
  • Case Management: Work closely with legal teams to manage case documentation and client files.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal/external teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions and accurate information transfer.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of attorney/client interactions within firm’s database

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of call center experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, databases, and basic office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exceptional communication skills and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Legal background (highly preferred)
