How you'll make an impact:

  • Support regional sustainability: Support representation of the region on the Corporate Impact team and assist with both internal and external sustainability approaches.
  • Coordinate customer requests: Manage customer inquiries regarding sustainability topics by collaborating with regional and global Subject Matter Experts to provide accurate responses.
  • Monitor sustainability legislation: Keep track of and address sustainability legislation within the region. 
  • Maintain and improve the Environmental Management System (EMS): Ensure the regional administration of required processes and procedures according to ISO 14001:2015, as requested by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and coach country EMS teams: Provide guidance to country EMS teams to ensure they understand regional processes, procedures, and relevant evidence. 
  • Conduct internal audits: Perform the role of ISO 14001:2015.
  • Promote EMS engagement: Support regional engagement, communication, and promotion of the EMS.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree (e.g. Engineering, Scientific, or H&S related) & 2+ years of previous related experience required
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • ISO 9001; 14001 required
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills & ability to influence change
  • Experience working in a corporate environment highly preferred
