Customer Care Representative

Here are some other things you can expect from this position

  • Responsible for PCD order handling, maintaining the price list in AX System, Order entry ,supply tracking, coordinating with credit control issue and complaint and so on.
  • Support sales team refer to contract management and files handling.
  • Demand(SLA) management and maintain positive customer relationship, maintain key accounts and follow up key projects.
  • Customer system operation and invoice reconciliation
  • Continue to improve the current state, meanwhile, initiating the innovative project.

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 1-3 years related working experience  
  • Daily written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Basic Computer Knowledge and software Skill
