Job description

Job Title: Service Operations Lead, APAC

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and capable Service Operations Lead to join our team in Shanghai. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic initiatives, improving service processes, and contributing to business growth across the APAC region. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, project management experience, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Prior experience in service operations and process improvement is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support: Assist the Service Operations Director in turning strategies into practical plans and helping with the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Focus on streamlining service processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Cost Management: Support cost control efforts by monitoring resource use and ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Data Analysis: Use data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest improvements for the service department.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate key projects, including AAA, Seamflow, and SOS team initiatives.


Key Tasks

  • Strategy Execution: Implement regional strategies and follow up on KPIs and best practices. (30%)
  • Service Support: Manage service processes, working closely with the Service Director to ensure customer satisfaction. (50%)
  • Compliance and Development: Ensure compliance with company guidelines and focus on personal and team development. (20%)


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong IT skills, including Ms. Office, Intermediate Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work with data and spot trends.
  • Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with good reporting skills.
  • Competencies: Strong communication skills, customer focus, proactive attitude, and understanding of organizational dynamics.
