Holman – a Computerworld 2024 “Best Places to Work in IT” company - is hiring a Team Lead- End User Computing.

Oversee the daily operations of the desktop systems team including planning and implementation of end user software and hardware, endpoint management, imaging, software deployment and patch management

  • Responsibilities:

  • •              Lead a team of End User Computing Engineers providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.

    •              Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of end-user technologies including user-end devices, endpoint management, imaging, software deployment and patch management.

    •              Ensure architectures, designs, standards, and operating procedures comply with regulatory requirements such as ISO, PCI, and FTC Safeguard.

    •              Lead or assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects.

    •              Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline workflows, processes, and technologies to enhance system performance, security, and efficiency

    •              Collaborate with IT operations and support teams to ensure the smooth deployment, management, and support of end-user devices and technologies. 

    •              Identify and research industry trends and emerging technologies to determine benefits to the organization.  Promote collaboration on new, innovative ideas while ensuring ideas have a strong value proposition before implementation or seeking additional approval.

    •              Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, with a focus on long-term vision and cost control.

    •              Ensure all relevant team metrics (KPIs) are tracked and communicated often in accordance corporate standards.

    Education and/or Training:

    •              Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

    •              Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus

    •              Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Relevant Work Experience:

    •              8+ years of experience in designing and implementing end-user computing technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment, including 3+ at a leadership level

    •              Strong knowledge of end user hardware and software including Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Apple IOS and Android

    •              Strong knowledge of end user management platforms such as Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and AutoPilot

    •              Strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPO

    •              Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
