Lab Client Sales Executive

Your Contribution:

• Perform a variety of duties aimed at managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients.
• Foster and grow relationships between CGM US and customer base throughout the sales process.
• Develop annual business plan to meet assigned quota.
• Manage and facilitate miscellaneous projects and add-on business from identification of opportunity. through generation/approval of quotes, scheduling of deliverables and adoption of end solution.
• Strive to meet the assigned sales quota for new revenue.
• Implement marketing campaigns for product growth.
• Coordinate escalated project or support issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Your Qualification:

• Previous Account Management and/or Customer Relationship Management experience preferred.
• Previous software vendor experience in healthcare information technology setting preferred.
• Some familiarity with clinical laboratory software and/or billing software services.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of hospital and patient care workflow.
• Knowledge of industry appropriate terms.
• Ability to research and plan to bring customers added value.
• Must be able to carry credible conversation and further exploration to become a strategic partner with the customer.
• Ability to creatively solve customer problems and leverage CGM US’s resources and teams.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in vendor or healthcare setting.
