Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our remote team in Pune. In this full-time role, you will leverage your experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to support our recruitment efforts. With required work experience of 1 to 3 years, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch talent. As a member of our recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to grow within our organization while contributing to its success.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven ability in sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals (Mandatory skill).
Effective screening of resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for interviews (Mandatory skill).
Experience in interviewing candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit (Mandatory skill).
Ability to conduct candidate assessments through structured evaluation methods ensuring high-quality hires.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
Proficient time management to meet deadlines and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels and tools.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability for client needs.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring timely and effective communication with all parties.
Assist in the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Perform candidate assessments and provide feedback to hiring managers for informed decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and contribute to achieving team goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics using our systems.
