Technical Recruiter

We are passionate about disrupting traditional recruiting to move faster and more efficiently! As a Technical Recruiter & Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and activating top-tier tech talent for our clients (leading companies in the U.S).

You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where time management and efficiency are key to delivering high-quality candidates quickly. Additionally, as part of our Talent Augmentation Service and Studio, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple, high-priority searches simultaneously
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
• Maintain an organized and data-driven pipeline to track progress effectively
• Ensure a fast yet high-quality hiring process by optimizing sourcing strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Tech Recruiting
• Proven ability to source, engage, and activate passive candidates
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to juggle multiple openings and deliver candidates quickly
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize efficiently
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and an excellent communicator
• A team player who can also work independently and meet hiring goals
